Who have created Fertil-In ?

Fertil-In was founded by the association of two enthusiastic women Virginie Terrier and Adva Grundman.
Virginie Terrier is a nutritionist, health counselor and speaker specialized in micronutrients and phytotherapy with experience of more than 15 years. 
Adva Grundman is a fertility and assisted reproduction consultant practicing for more than 6 years. She is also founder of ART Fertility by maFIV following of her own infertility journey.

The Fertil-In programs were created in collaboration with doctors and therapists specializing in fertility and epigenetics. They combined the experience of more than 100 years and are based on the most recent scientific research in the field.

Nadège Chevassus

Après des études de droit et de communication, désirant donner un sens à son travail en se mettant au service des autres, Nadège s'est ré-orientée professionnellement il y a plusieurs années pour devenir thérapeute.

Elle a découvert l'hypnose qui a été une révélation pour elle et qui est rapidement devenue une véritable passion. L’hypnose est un outil puissant de changement qui permet à chacun de dépasser ses propres limitations, ses blocages, ses croyances pour atteindre ses objectifs.

Nadège s'est également formée en nutrition, convaincue que pour vivre heureux et en bonne santé, il est indispensable de prendre soin de ses corps physique, émotionnel, mental et spirituel.

Elle a beaucoup de plaisir à accompagner les femmes dans leur parcours de fertilité parfois bien en-amont de la conception, puis pendant leur grossesse et après leur accouchement dans les premières années de vie de l’enfant.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to define the terms according to which Fertil-in Sàrl, c/o Adva Grundman, Ch. De la Chevillarde, 1208 Geneva - Switzerland (hereinafter "we") processes your personal data through its website.
Data processed
The data we process is that which we collect through questions or questionnaires available on our website that you complete on a voluntary basis.
In addition, unless otherwise configured in your browser, our website uses cookies to distinguish you from the other users. Therefore, we may collect information about your IP address, operating system and browser type for the purposes of system administration. This is statistical information on the browsing activities and habits of our users, which is not intended to allow personal identification.
In view of the above, the following data may be collected: name, first name, address, email address, assisted reproduction or not, age, fertile or subfertile, pathology, IP address, encrypted version of the password, version of the browser, system operating data, behavioral data on email openings and clicks, usage data, results of online exercises, connection times, duration of the connection, purchases, billing address, telephone number in the event of a purchase, VAT number if you are a professional.
Purposes of processing
We process your personal data in order to follow up on the questions and questionnaires you have completed and to deliver products to you if you order them.
We may also use your data to communicate with you concerning some of our offers, after obtaining your specific consent when confirming your registration.
The data collected when filling out the Fertil-InScore and InConcept questionnaires will be completely anonymized as of June 15, 2020.
The use of cookies allows us to know how many visits we have had from different people, to track usage patterns and to store information. We are therefore able to compile anonymous usage statistics, in order to optimize our website, improve your browsing experience and communicate with you better.
If your personal data were to be processed for statistical purposes, we will ensure that they are irreversibly anonymized, so that they are no longer considered personal data.

Our processing of your personal data has its source on several legal bases, in particular to comply with our contractual obligations towards you or to take pre-contractual measures at your request, for the purposes of our legitimate interests or to comply with our legal obligations.
